While delivering the speech in the grand meeting on the occasion of the Local Self-Government Day, Mykola Tomenko, the Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, declared: "I do not support the point of view according to which nothing has changed in the system of local self-government, moreover, I am proud of your achievements."
